The water valve is probably leaking; sometimes it doesn’t close properly. Unfortunately, you cannot resolve this issue yourself, but you can prevent the situation from getting worse. Follow the steps below and contact the service department.

Unplug the power cord

To prevent a short circuit, unplug the power cord from the outlet.

Shut off the water supply

By shutting off the water supply, no more water can enter the coffee machine. This helps prevent any potential damage.

In the case of error code 17, it is important to report the malfunction. Therefore, contact the service department by phone at 1300 331 753Make sure you have the error code and your machine number ready.You can find the machine number on the inside of the door of your Cafitesse Excellence Compact Black.
