Instead of using beans or ground coffee on-site, Cafitesse uses a liquid coffee concentrate made from carefully selected beans that are expertly roasted and brewed under optimal conditions. The result is a concentrated coffee that is ~9x stronger than espresso, packed and sealed to lock in freshness, then immediately quick-frozen to preserve its delicate aromas and fresh character.
Each Cafitesse pack comes as a sealed, hygienic box of liquid coffee concentrate. The box is simply slotted into the Cafitesse machine with no cutting, pouring, or measuring required. Once in place, the machine automatically controls the exact water-to-coffee ratio, ensuring every drink is brewed with the perfect balance of strength and flavour. This smart system means there’s no guesswork, no ingredient waste, and no variation in taste - just consistent quality delivered with speed at the push of a button.
