Shut off the water supply

By shutting off the water supply, no more water can enter the coffee machine. This helps limit any potential damage.

Contact the service department immediately

In the case of error code 18, it is important to report your malfunction. Therefore, contact the service department by phone at 1300 331 753.Make sure you have the error code and your machine number at hand. You can find the machine number on the inside of the door of your Cafitesse Excellence Compact Black.
