About these cups

Our Piazza D’Oro single wall BioCup range is transitioning to feature Aqueous lining instead of PLA. These cups are now officially certified as home compostable according to Australian AS5810 standards. They are made from premium paperboard and lined with a unique Aqueous dispersion coating, giving them superior stability, better lid fit, and insulation. Our Piazza D’Oro takeaway coffee cups are printed with non-toxic, water or soy-based inks and have a 12-month shelf life. Please note that during this transition, it is possible you might still receive a carton of PLA bioplastic-lined cups, which are certified as industrially compostable (AS4736). Rest assured, both the carton and the cups inside are clearly labelled with home compost certifications, allowing you to easily identify the stock you have received.
