About these cupsOur 16oz white single wall takeaway cups have a brim fill capacity of 520ml. The BioCup range is transitioning to feature Aqueous lining instead of PLA which means these cups are now officially certified as home compostable according to Australian AS5810 standards. Made from premium paperboard and lined with a unique Aqueous dispersion coating, to give them superior stability, better lid fit, and insulation. They have a 12-month shelf life. Match with our 12/16oz sugarcane pulp lid, item 4091280. Please note that during this transition, it is possible you might still receive a sleeve of PLA bioplastic-lined cups, which are certified as industrially compostable (AS4736). Rest assured, the cups are clearly labelled with home compost certifications, allowing you to easily identify the stock you have received.
